Richard Garner

Operations Manager
Norwalk office

Richard is a licensed arborist and certified tree care safety specialist who meets with clients at properties to go over tree care needs and estimates. He oversees our Fairfield county tree crews ensuring their job clear and customer needs are met while offering the best possible tree care advice.  With a background in plant healthcare, Rick specializes in tree and plant remedies to help with various horticulture ailments.

Edward Grant

Operations Manager
Hamden office

Edward oversees K&J’s Hamden office tree crews, coordinating the hub of operations. He is a certified tree care safety specialist. Ed also meets with property owners to assess their properties for tree work. His unique long-time golf course industry background has helped grow K&J’s golf course tree care business.  Pulling from his golf course experience, knowledge in root structure and turf quality, Ed can direct homeowners in how to manage trees successfully for beautiful landscapes.

Dan Poole

Arborist, New Haven County

Dan meets with clients handling tree assessments and estimates in the northern New Haven County area.  His former work as a tree technician coupled with his tree care knowledge enables him to not only give excellent advice about tree care but also he enjoys discussing tree biology with property owners. He is a firm believer in industry standards offering only the most holistic approach to tree work.

 

Bill Holcomb

Safety & Production Manager

Bill is a licensed arborist who visits our tree crews throughout the day to aid in unique and or complicated projects. Bill trains our technicians in new safety protocols and tree care techniques.  Having vast industry experience, Bill is a resource for our crews to continue learning while on the job. From tree climbing to operating machinery, his management of K&J’s overall production is streamlining our processes and helping us maintain the high-quality tree care we strive to provide.

Keri Regan-Vallati

Office Operations Manager

Keri manages all behind the scenes operations at K&J. From training staff to working directly with initial customer calls, to scheduling arborists and crews, to helping with insurance claims. She is a versatile behind the scenes K&J operations expert and keeps our offices running smoothly.

Jess Ruggiero

Administrative Dispatcher

Jess works with crews on jobs throughout the day managing status updates to keep scheduling in-tact.  At any given moment she knows where any of our multiple crews are located and what time they will arrive at the next job.  She is K&J’s very own air traffic controller, managing fifteen crews on the ground.

Rob Wright

Customer Relations manager

Rob follows up after a job to confirm everything was handled as planned. He works with existing customers to finalize all details and is available to go over any financial questions.  His follow up work is essential to our maintaining positive customer relations as K&J always strives to be the first call for your next job.
