Milford & New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parades
5-year-old Luca Small has been battling brain cancer since he was just 18 months old and continues to fight this beast. For the three and a half years since his diagnosis, Luca has had to endure more than any person, let alone a child should ever have to endure. CEO Kyle DeLucia being close to the family partnered with the Hamden PBA to host Skate for Luca.

The Chaz and AJ McDermott Chevrolet & Lexus of New Haven Toy Drive
We joined PLR’s Chaz and Aj in 2022 for one of their biggest charity events! The Christmas Toy Drive collects toys to benefit multiple children’s charities. We put Aj in our 75ft bucket to help raise money. See you there in 2023!

#ThankyouTour
The Impact of a small gesture
We also recognize that there are so many other essential workers that we are thankful for. Our #ThankYouTour teamed up with Connecticut State Police to display the American Flag over I-95 in Greenwich to thank the truck drivers for keeping the supply chain going. Additionally, we teamed up with the Hamden and Cheshire Police Departments to visit all of the grocery stores in each town. Our #ThankYouTour took place during two separate 'parade-style' events, showing our appreciation for our local essential frontline workers.

It’s amazing how impactful a small gesture of kindness can be. Our #thankyoutour brought us to hospitals in Greenwich, Norwalk, Stamford, Danbury, West Haven, New Haven, Newington and Rocky Hill.
Our CEO Kyle, and his eight year old niece Kayla attended every event together, and it was a real thrill for them and the entire K&J staff.
Touch-A-Truck Events
K&J Tree Service loves to introduce kids to all of various trucks and machinery at our Touch-A-Truck family events.
