JOB DESCRIPTION:

K&J Tree Services seeks a motivated results-driven Customer Service representative to work in our office.  K&J is a leader in the tree care industry, and we are committed to providing top level service to customers.  From the first time a customer calls or emails, you will work directly with them to understand their needs and work with our team to provide the best possible service approach.  We are looking for a team member who is flexible, enjoyable to work with, and reliable.  With any position there is much to learn, and for the right individual this is an opportunity to join a growing company with opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities of Customer Service/Call Center Representative: 

  • Handle a high-volume inbound-calls from customers, providing service information and understand their needs, and scheduling estimates
  • Document information from calls/emails and create customer files/update existing files
  • Manage email account answering questions, following up etc.
  • Handle customer issues that may come up, escalate as needed.
  • Work well with others in open office setting
  • Be a reliable team member and enjoy a sense of accomplishment from one day to the next

Qualifications of Customer Service/Call Center Representative: 

  • Customer Service experience within a call center or reception type setting with high volume inbound/outbound calls
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Microsoft Office & Customer Relationship Management/Order Entry Software
  • Possess an outstanding phone presence, enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed
